Inclusion on the Miami Deal Sheet is meritocratic.

Neither Ana nor any entity that she has interest in receives any fees to include a property in the Deal Sheet. Ana analyzes the merits of each property and personally stands behind its inclusion.

Not all new construction is created equal, and it can be difficult or nearly impossible to judge construction & finish quality from afar. We visit the construction sites and speak directly to the developers, construction companies, etc...
